With over 20 years coaching and leadership development experience, Brian is an inspiring international coach, business entrepreneur and CEO of market leading executive coaching consultancy Entendéo. During his career he has led successful business divisions and established profitable businesses, as well as coaching and developing executives at all levels across the globe.
His personal values facilitate a genuine understanding of people, which enables him to help them reach and develop their potential. Brian believes that developing self-awareness, confidence, and belief is the foundation for personal growth.
He has worked with some of the most dynamic and effective executives in the world including senior executives in Clifford Chance, Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citi-Group, HSBC, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, Zurich, Rolls Royce, Tetra Pak, Nestlé and Glaxo.
He is a full member of the European Council for Coaching and Mentoring Hogan qualified.
